ONE PLATE AT A TIME

Unbeknownst to many, Raleigh was the home of a NASCAR speedway in the 1950’s known as Southland Speedway. Yep, just north of the I-440 beltline between Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue.

NASCAR is a tradition deeply rooted in our great state, just like barbecues, pig pickin’s and tailgating. There’s the never-ending battle between Eastern and Western style NC BBQ with devote supporters on each side of the imaginary line drawn just east of the Piedmont.

Southland BBQ Catering cuts across the lines of barbecue distinction and offers a full variety of North Carolina and other regional cuisines. Our in house smoked NC pulled pork barbecue, Texas style beef brisket, St. Louis style spare ribs, and Western and Eastern sauces offer different styles to match your taste. Who says you can’t please everyone?
